As a lifelong learner, I thrive when given a design challenge, especially when it needs data to support decision-making. I enjoy working directly with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and research participants.

It's the perfect speed & fit: In architecture, it takes five years to see a tower completed, which didn't give me a sense of ownership or pride of my work.
However, the pace of UX design projects sparked something within: seeing designs evolve, products come together, and clients positive me to work harder - it fuels me to continue growing and learning.

Lifelong learner: I attend several industry events per month, and I'm an active volunteer for SDXD, the largest UX professionals group in San Diego County.
Additionally, I organize SDUX events, a group that encourages career-switchers to network in-person and build their careers.
